ENYWARE add-on/ manufacturing defect update

Dear Valued Backers,
Greetings from the Enyware team. We hope this message finds you well and would like to take this opportunity to update you on our latest developments.
Firstly, we would like to express our sincere apologies for the manufacturing defects that have been detected, particularly with the chestpad. We understand that this has caused inconvenience for some of our backers.
Our team has identified two main issues with the product:
1. The lower grade Velcro used in the chestpad has resulted in it coming off too easily when getting in or out of the product.
2. Quality control issues during the final packing process have resulted in some rare cases of duplicate armrest sets being packed into the box, and even rarer cases of defective main screws being included.
Apart from these unfortunate issues, we are encouraged to receive positive feedback from many of our backers over the past month regarding how Enyware is helping them sit better, we have created a new Add-on to let you adjust the support strength of ENYWARE. We are confident that this new addition will provide additional comfort to our customers.
We would like to take this opportunity to address the defect issue and provide replacement parts if necessary. Additionally, we would like to gather your feedback on the new Add-on and see if it would be of interest to other backers.

Delivery process for the US, Thailand, and Japan has finally begun!

Dear backers
I would like to inform you that the final delivery process for the US, Thailand, and Japan has finally begun. If you don't see your tracking number moving don't worry we are shipping by sea so they will be some downtime as enyware got moved from the ship to the warehouse, then to you via local courier
You should start to see the tracking number moving again this week!
We expect all shipping to be done by next week, please stay home if couriers contact you since it's very challenging to arrange a re-delivery.
We are honored to finally fulfill our pledges to you at last, through the fire and flame of the past few years!

Dear Backers,
We would like to update you on the shipping progress.
30% of shipments have gone out and we expect shipments for Thailand (ship), US (ship) and Japan (plane) to leave China by next week!
Please keep an eye out for an email from Backerkit with your tracking number. You can also login to backetkit's backer account to view your tracking number https://www.backerkit.com/backer_accounts/sign_in
If you don't see one yet, don't worry, it will surely show up soon!
Please note that in some cases customs might contact you regarding customs fee or clearance procedures. This can be quite random and we have seen cases where shipments to the same city can be trated differently so it's a good idea to manage your shipping through the vendors (Fedex,UPS,DHL) portal with your tracking number after receiving them just to be sure.
We will deliver 100% of our pledges to you! This is our promise!

Good news, we are shipping out the first batches as we speak!
Shipping for countries except for Japan and the US via DHL has already started and tracking number will be updated as they become available!
For Japan and the US, shipping will likely start next week after the long holiday in China. We will update you on this ASAP
